VW Offering 5-seater cc

January 22, 2010

I was bit disappointed when VW first introduced their Passat CC for its lack of interior sophistication compared to its sleek exterior design. Until now, VW’s Passat CC was only available as a 4-seater car having a divider between the back seats. But now, VW is offering 5-seater vesion of their Passat CC. There is not much of an upgrade from the previous 4-seater CC.

The images of BMW’s 2011 335is is leaked out. This car will have the performance greater than the current 335i but not quite the performance of the M3. Prediction is that they will be offering both coupe and convertible versions of the 335is. Buyers will have the options for a seven-speed dual clutch or a six-speed manual transmission. BMW might also offer a M-sport appearance package as well. The car is expected to be released to the public on March 2010.

Audi MMI with Google Earth

January 20, 2010

Audi is the first to interface their navigation system with Google Earth. This new software will allow the car owner to zoom in and out of the landscape in their vehicle as if they were using a home computer. You could also select a destination and pull up a wikipedia page about the destination.

Photos leaked from Mini

January 19, 2010

Mini will be releasing their first ever 5 door AWD vehicle with the title “Mini Countryman”. This car was announced as a concept before, but the real deal seems to have a lot of differences. As you can see, Mini has treated the Countryman with different grill and light design, which I think looks great. You wont be able to buy one here in the States until later this year.
